We've all seen how many hats he's worn: designer, strategist, PM/CS, UX/CX researcher. He never hesitated to lean in, always stepped up wherever and whenever needed, no matter the challenge. He's been eager to learn, open to feedback, and set his motivations to make a lasting impact... not just in the work, but with those around him - helping shape the culture of the Toronto office and beyond. He brings energy to everything he touches and always with his trademark smile.
I've told everyone that will listen that Wyatt was Bond's highest potential employee and could tackle anything. I can't think him enough for all the work he's done for our team over the past few months. Honestly, I don't think we could have done it without Wyatt stepping up and taking a lead!
I had the pleasure of supervising Wyatt when he worked with us as our UX Designer co-op for the Lab. When he started, we were in the throws of prototyping an Android and iOS mobile concept and Wyatt hit the ground running. He quickly got up to speed on the background of the project, designed multiple elegant workflows, and helped conduct tests with customers. Wyatt showed that he was thoughtful in his interaction design work and professional when moderating user research interviews and presenting results to our senior leadership stakeholders. Aside from his strong work ethic and communication skills, Wyatt was down-to-earth, a team player, and an overall great addition to our Lab.
I worked with Wyatt at AuxMode. He mentored me and taught me various photoshop tips and tricks. He helped me learn about SEO and how to manage clients' websites. Wyatt has a great attitude and work ethic and was a pleasure to work with and learn from.
